This past weekend, we ran the qualifier event for this year’s DEF CON CTF. We want to extend a big, heartfelt thanks to the 1282 teams that registered to play in our game. We hope you all had a wonderful weekend solving the problems we set for you, even if only 470 teams actually solved something!

The top 15 teams from this year’s qualifier, plus last year’s winner (TODO), will be invited to play in the final event. This will be held later this year from August 11-14 in Las Vegas at DEF CON 30. If any teams decline our invitation, we will move further down the list to ensure we have 16 total teams.
